Thai Boxing Muay Thai kick boxing is Thailand’s traditional martial art and much loved national sport. This unique unarmed combat style is known as the “art of eight limbs” since fighters use knees, shins, feet and elbows. Develop your technique, coordination, flexibility and stamina as our Muay Thai trainer puts you through your paces with an energising workout session.
